• general review of the components of each extinguisher in our test banks.
• discharge of the propellent gas used (nitrogen or carbon dioxide).
• removal of the valve body and cleaning of the suction tube, stem, oring, and the steel nipple with spring.
• report damaged elements (if applicable).
• installation of the safety disk, which is located between the cylinder and the extinguisher valve to ensure service.
• tests of the cylinder and the manometer to ensure its hermeticity.
• place the safety pin, plastic seal and control label.
• paint the cylinder (optional).
Conditions and policies
Service of review and maintenance of extinguishers
